Free Beginners Yoga Class

There is a free 35 minute beginners yoga class available for free online.

This will introduce you to the breathing exercises and the flow style yoga that Paulette teaches.

Please be mindful if you are completely new to this form of exercise. If you feel any pain or strain while performing the poses please stop and perhaps wait for the next pose to join in again. Many of the poses can be modified but only yourself will know how you feel as you are doing them.
