Paulette uses a mix of contemporary music and yoga mantras in her classes. She includes breath control exercises and an energising sequence of postures to stretch and tone the entire body and improve the balance. The group yoga class in Ballinteer, South Dublin, finishes with a gentle relaxation period. You will leave the class feeling that you had a good workout but at the same time feel refreshed and relaxed.
Classes are run in 7 week blocks.
